What is time?

Definition time management : ability to use one's time effectively or productively, especially at work.

5 Strategies to develop a successful system of study

1. use a weekly schedule
-Weekly schedule helps to list all your regular  activities. It is your plan on what are you will do in a week. As the strategies tool, the weekly schedule can guide you through the quarter week by week.

2. use a daily planner
- daily planner can make your day more complete . At this point, you will have a very good idea of how the next will go.  For example;


















3. use a semester calendar
 - it is record important things such as final exam, semester break..
-it give a total picture on how exactly happen during one semester. so that , you can plan another activities without affecting your study schedule.

4.balance academic with social and personal demands.
-you can list all your personal demands on A4 paper and try not to list the things is not so important.
-always try everyday not to follow your desire.

5. avoid procrastination
-we  all procrastinate from time to time. it's like delaying homework or something that should be done faster.
-it's can avoid by visualize the future you want. for example, you imagine that who with you when you celebrating what you've accomplished. for that, you more realize to work hard to do something



What is procrastination?
-procrastination is the act of putting off intentionally the doing of something should be done.
-psychological behaviour that allows a person to postpone or delay a certain activity or task.


Common reasons why people procrastinate.

    -being a perfectionist


     -avoiding failure

     -avoiding success

    -being rebellious

    -feeling overwhelmed

    -being lazy



Strategies to overcome procrastinate

1.    know what  you should accomplish
-for example, you need to break down all your goals and project into a smaller chunks.  Always remember your goal and you have to set in your mind set  that you want to achieve it no matter happen.

2.  Determine deadlines
-you should know what the last date to summit your assignment. Set the important date to your calendar so that it automatically can force you to get things done early.

3.    Use schedule/planners/calendar
-schedule  the task or your activities you’ve been putting off at a time when you are most alert, rested and energized and put it on your diary or sticky notes.

4.    Prioritized
-think about what there are and set some priorities and stick to them!

 5.  Break a task into a series of steps
-don’t forget to have a break for a few minute to rest your mind and body.

6.    Do unpleasant task first
-the better is  to do it immediately  and it out of the way.

7.   Change how you think about the task
-concentrate on taking a the first step, then the next until you complete the full journey

8.    have fun with the activity
-enjoy and think positive  word . Try do not think that the task is difficult to do.

JOB TASK ANALYSIS



job task analysis is survey are use to analysis what task within a job role are most important. This can help you to do job are important to you  and to make sure the job or task must worth it. 

there are two main point which is routine and as soon as possible (ASAP)


Routine. according to the meaning of Cambridge Dictionary, routine is done as a part of what usually happen and not for any reason.  A routine work consists of several or a series of steps. Once a step is known, it has to be repeated in the same manner at every time and by every person doing that job.


As soon as possible( ASAP)  is the job or task that should  be done immediately and as soon as possible due the  date was given or the time. when heard ' as sson as possible' that means you can't delay or dismiss the work. You must complete the task quickly because it is important priority.


Example task description:


  1. work complete with a minimum amount effort (routine)
  2. activity that benefit the company (routine)
  3. important work(ASAP)
  4. thats not require immadiate attention(routine)
  5. sosialazing(routine/0
  6. developing new product information (ASAP)
  7. should be done as soon as time permit.(ASAP)
  8. require long time to complete(ASAP)

-playing badminton
